File info[edit]

CaptionSlide 018 - The President of Bolivia kindly received Ruhiyyih Rabbani.png Slide 018 - The President of Bolivia, General Hugo Banzer, on the right, kindly received us. On his left is Andrés Jachacollo, the first Bolivian Indian Bahá'í, now a Board member. Next to me is Mr. Khamsí. The President was obviously impressed when I told him Andrés had been one of the Bolivian delegates who came to Haifa to elect the first Universal House of Justice in 1963.
