Caption THE HAND OF THE CAUSE Paul Haney represented The Universal House of Justice at the 65th National Bahá'í Convention in Wilmette, April 25-28. Mr. Haney read the Five Year Plan to the Convention, and addressed the delegates on at least three other occasions, explaining the many steps taken to develop this Plan and placing the new document in the context of Bahá'í history. Mr. Haney was himself a member of the National Spiritual Assembly for twelve years and was appointed a Hand of the Cause by the Guardian in 1954.
