Caption Shown during a meeting at the school are teachers and parents of 70 students of the 'Enfants du Monde' (Children of the World) Kindergarten in Bukavu, Zaire. During the meeting Mrs. Mary Gibson, a Bahá'í, presented to the school a painting of her aunt, Mrs. Armina Lana McCoy, in whose memory Mrs. Gibson had contributed financially to the building of the school some years ago. Mrs. McCoy, born in Virginia in 1886 of parents who had been slaves, and lacking a formal education, nevertheless devoted her life to encouraging others to learn to read and write.
