Caption At left: Well-known American painter Mark Tobey, Bahá’í of Seattle, Wash., was selected by the United States Government to represent the United States at a conference of the International Association of Plastic Arts sponsored by UNESCO. The meeting was held Sept. 24-25, 1960 in Vienna, Austria. Next to Mr. Tobey is the famous painter Andre Masson of France.
