Caption	View of the recently completed last terrace of the Shrine of the Báb. This photograph has been received from the Guardian for reproduction in Bahá’í News. Reference to the Guardian’s cable of April 2, 1951, already published, will give Shoghi Effendi’s own statement about the terraces connecting the Báb’s Sepulchre with the Templar colony at the foot of Mount Carmel.
