Caption Jamshed K. Fozdar, a Bahá'í author from Sri Lanka (left), presents a copy of his book, Buddha Maitrya-Amitabha Has Appeared, to His Excellency Dr. Thanat Khoman, deputy prime minister of Thailand, during their meeting last February in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Khoman has known of the Faith for many years, having spoken at a Bahá'í-sponsored World Religion Day observance in the early 1950s when he was Thailand's foreign minister.
