Caption This spacious, well-located building in Bluefields, Nicaragua, was dedicated last June as a Haziratu’l-Quds, fulfilling a goal of the Seven Year Plan. Continental Counsellor Artemus Lamb was among the believers present for the dedication of the building, which will serve as a regional Bahá’í Center for Nicaragua’s eastern seaboard, known as the Miskito Coast.
