The photograph on Page 4 shows the magnificent coastal area of Cornwall in the southwest portion of England. The Bahá'ís of the United Kingdom are active teachers who are reaching many of their countrymen with the Message of Bahá'u'lláh. One goal of the Five Year Plan is open to the Faith every county in the United Kingdom. At present, there are 122 Local Spiritual Assemblies.
