Caption | The Bermuda Teaching Committee arranged a meeting with the Governor of Bermuda, Sir Peter Ramsbotham, December 5 at the time of a visit to Bermuda by a traveling teacher, Miss Shamsi Sedaghat from Trinidad. This delegation presented him the Bahá’í World Volume XV and a United Nations Human Rights Day proclamation. Shown here (from left to right) are June Saltus, Shamsi Sedaghat, Sir Peter Ramsbotham, Lady Ramsbotham, Georgia Sanchez, Jordy Walker, and Joya Johnson. Also present was Mary Walker. During the 40-minute visit with the governor, a warm and friendly atmosphere prevailed. |
