Caption Exhibit in Illinois State Fair held at Springfield, Illinois August 11-20, 1967. Open twelve hours each day the booth was manned by believers from Springfield as well as communities throughout Illinois. Over fifty cards were signed requesting either further information about the Faith or that the exhibit visit their town. The Fair Exhibit Coordinator commented that the Bahá'í exhibit was one of the better displays at this year's fair. The Springfield newspapers carried several articles on the exhibit and two radio stations featured regular announcements during the course of the fair. This display will be exhibited in other cities and towns throughout southern Illinois after the middle of October.
